The Q Rating

Here are the new updated rankings.  I've added columns that show the change in the rating and the change in the rank for each school since last week's update.  Conference Rankings are at the end.  Enough games have now been played that the ratings reflect nearly a 50-50 split between results from the season to date and preseason rankings.  Once the average number of games played by all D1 teams reaches 10, the rankings will solely reflect results from the current season.
